The easiest, cheapest and safest way to come from the airport is to book a taxi directly at the information center located on your right just after the immigration exit.

Coming from the bus stations
There are two bus stations in Quito
From Carcelen bus station (North)
The easiest and safest way to come from Carcelén is by taxi ( $6 - $8 )
From Quitumbe Bus Station (South)
Take the trolly (C4) $0.25 toEl Ejido bus stop (1 hour), from there a taxi to the hostel costs $1.
Take a taxi. It cost is approximately $10 from Quitumbe.
IMPORTANT THE MINIMUN TAXI RIDE IS $1. DURING THE DAY UNTIL 8 PM THE TAXIS SHOULD USE THE TAXIMETER WHICH STARTS AT 0.35 CENTS. AT NIGHT YOU NEED TO BARGAIN THE PRICE WITH THE DRIVER.
